Our mentors along with our education and career specialists work to guide and empower the candidate to navigate and level up to the skills needed.
Our talent retention team engages and facilitates successful onboarding and retention of the candidate while the mentor continue to advocate for long-term career goals of the candidate.

We typically have a 12-week time line to train and deploy candidates to client projects
Our candidates get a stipend while training and will transition to a full paycheck once they are placed on a project.
We do have limited remote and part-time opportunities.
